Great things are coming for Spineshank in 2012! Wait, you didn’t know they were back? Where have YOU been? In any case, they have a new album (Anger Denial Acceptance out June 19th), a new label home (Century Media) and of course, a brand new song to whet fans appetites.
“Anger Denial Acceptance” is everything fans have come to expect from Spineshank and more. Picking up where “Dead To Me” left off on Self Destructive pattern, “Anger…” is a dark slab that goes to some territory unfamiliar to Spineshank. Namely, the vicious breakdown and soloing that happens mid song followed by a somber piano outro leading out Jonny Santos’ closing lines.
