Even if you absolutely hate Limp Bizkit, there’s no denying that guitarist Wes Borland is a force to be reckoned with. Outside of LB, Borland’s primary musical outlet is Black Light Burns and he’s about to prove that sophomore slumps are a word not in his vocabulary when The Moment You Realize You’re Going To Fall is released in August. The first taste, “Scream Hallelujah”, is an unbridled rocker of a song that shows off Borland’s quirky vocal style while also confirming that Black Light Burns has legs beyond Cruel Melody (Still one of my Top 10 of all time). Also, check out the ridiculously awesome Joe Letz slamming away on the drums.
The Moment You Realize You’re Going To Fall will be released on August 14th through Rocket Science Ventures/THC: Music. Check out “Scream Hallelujah” below.

Wes and Co. are still kicking ass and taking names…got to spend time on their tour bus when they rolled through Clifton Park on a tour stop and I was getting a guitar signed for an FYE contest I set up through Rocket Science. Everything on Anvil Pants DVD is true…they really are that crazy. Also got to see their first ever live performance at NARM in Chicago at the House of Blues where Wes came out in full Scarecrow outfit…guy is a visionary, a bit of a nutcase (as most visionary/creative types are), but when not associated w/ Limp Bizkit…f’in awesome
