As you may know if you are a regular reader of this site, we’ve been down with Boston’s 2-man crew Halston since day one (for us–not them.) Their music has an almost B-52s esque tongue-in-cheek quality to it, without the…er, Fred Schneiderness of Fred Schneider. Their songs always remind me of being on drugs (and contrary to what you may think, this is a compliment.)
The video adds a whole ‘nother trippy element to it that you’ve gotta dig. Featuring plenty of stock footage, arranged so it has a narrative thread, it’s a feast for the eyes and the ears!
