When we taped this episode of Blerd Radio (henceforth renamed The Blerdist for as long as it takes for us to get sued by Chris Hardwick and company,) MCA was still alive (hence us referring to the Beastie Boys in the present tense) and our/Popdose’s own Michael Parr was not yet a daddy (which explains why, at the outset of this podcast, we wonder if he will actually make it to the end of the podcast.)

Nevertheless, Big Money, Parr and Mike Duquette (Dr. Gonzo was unable to join us this go-round) sat down for a slightly more random chat than normal. Among the topics discussed: “The Year of the Comeback,” the somewhat mortifying contents of a dance mix CD that one of us unearths, *A-Teens, celebrity holograms, the most un-danceable dance song of all time, and much, much, MUCH more.
