JG is officially back, y’all.

After a FIFTEEN YEAR absence, the lusty-voiced singer is back with a new single, “In The Mood” and an album called Still Winning. His seventh studio album overall, it arrives in stores and online on September 20th.

The video for “In the Mood” is romantic and mellow, keeping in tandem with the song’s theme. Nice to see JG not trying to keep up with the (younger) Joneses by swathing his voice in Auto-Tune or hiring guest rappers. He also keeps it classy on the visual tip, as one would expect from a member of New Edition (those brothas STAY sharp.)

The ladies will certainly love this one, and the guys will appreciate it as well. Welcome back, Johnny.
