It seems like the release of every Fiona Apple album comes with some drama, but in the end, the music is totally worth it. No surprise then, that “Every Other Night,” the first single from Fiona’s upcoming fourth album, The Idler Wheel is wiser than the Driver of the Screw, and Whipping Cords will serve you more than Ropes will ever do, is a passionate, idiosyncratic song that’s oh-so typically Fiona.
Intricately produced and soulfully sung, “Every Other Night” sounds like nothing else on the pop music scene right now. Two months until The Idler Wheel hits the stores, and I can hardly wait.

Can’t stop listening! This was worth the wait, for sure.
