As legendary singer/instrumentalist/producer Andre Cymone continues to promote The Stone, released earlier this year, remixes keep cropping up for one of the album’s standout tracks, “Naked.”
A playful blues/rocker in its original incarnation, “Naked” was remixed a few months ago by Aussie up-and-comer Harts (who’s been making some damn good music of his own lately) and now gets the I, CED treatment.
This might be the most Minneapolis-sounding of the versions so far, all squiggly synth lines and new wave feel. How do you know a song is good? It can be released in multiple versions and you’ll still wanna listen.
