The album is a crazy mixture of QOTSA, The Melvins, and Public Image Ltd. “Platoono Of Uno” perfectly exemplifies the feel of the entire record and goes to places beyond the bands mentioned thanks to the energy frontman Damo Ezekiel-Holmes brings to the table. Bands come and bands go in the age of downloads and the “I want it now” mentality. Luckily, there are still bands like Antlered Man making things more exciting for all of us who choose to let the anticipation build.
