As you pore over the litany of year-end lists that will no doubt dominate the blogosphere this week (including ours), it’s easy to forget that new music continues to trickle in, even as the year rapidly draws to a close. Case in point: Alan Wilkis.

Alan Wilkis is a man on the move. He’s got two solo releases under his belt (2008’s Babies Dream Big and 2009’s excellent Pink and Purple). He’s also been hard at work with a bevvy of remixes over the last few years, refashioning artists including Phoenix, Yeasayer, Yelle, The Very Best and RJD2. Wilkis has recently been working on more of his own material, and we finally get to see some of the fruits of his recent labors. For “Come and Go,” Wilkis teams up with fellow Brooklynites The Kick Drums for “Come and Go.”

Beyond the tasty electro pop of the song, Wilkis David Sosnow co-directed a gorgeous video for “Come and Go.” What makes the clip so compelling is its use of Kogeto’s 360° single-point capture panoramic cameras, giving the video a seamless panoramic flow that perfectly suits the song. Check out the video below (full screen viewing highly recommended).
