Yeah, it’s been a hot minute since we professed our love for Duran Duran, but that doesn’t mean that the Fab Five Four Two Three Five Four haven’t been on our minds. Quite the contrary, actually. All You Need is Now is still in heavy rotation as one of our, and we tried (in vain) to get tickets to what we were told was an amazing club show at the Royale in Boston earlier this year.

We got a huge scare when Duran lead singer Simon LeBon was sidelined with problems related to his vocal cords (chords? I still don’t know which is right.) The band had to cancel their European tour, Simon briefly went silent on his, and I was wondering if I made the wrong decision in not catching Duran on this particular tour date.

Well, there’s good news for me and the rest of the Duran fans out in America and Canada! The band recently announced tour dates that will take them across the U.S. of A this fall. The dates were cleverly announced via YouTube, and you can find several of the clips here.

Sorta makes sense that 1 day after MTV turns 30, the band that is probably most associated with the network jumps back on the road.
